Not sure where this came from originally, but someone sent it to me and it looks like a good, basic list of Spring Cleaning chores for anyone like me who’s feeling a bit of the Cleaning Bug sneaking up on them.

Hello Deborah. A friend told me what a great resource she found in your blog, with its focus on simple living. Thanks for sharing your Spring Cleaning Checklist.
People have such great intentions with Spring cleaning. However, they frequently run into difficulty dealing with the degree of clutter in their homes. Then they walk away feeling discouraged and pass judgment on themselves. Those emotions exacerbate an already challenging situation.
I am a coach who assists those overwhelmed with clutter in their homes and lives. My new book, “Bless Your Mess and create a home that feels fabulous!” offers a non-traditional, innovative, practical and spiritual approach to dealing with clutter – and it is fun and sustainable. I am hearing some wonderful success stories from readers who had long-term challenges with extreme clutter.
For those interested in help with clutter, check out “Bless Your Mess” at http://www.blessyourmess.com.
On a personal note, Deborah, I just spent a few minutes learning about you and reading your life journey blog from Oct 2007. What a courageous soul you are to step into such a challenging life journey. I have only the highest admiration for you. It tells me how strong you and your family are. I send you my deepest blessings.

Funny, I thought LOTS of the items on the list were regular weekly items. Maybe I’m doing too much housework!!!

I like the way this list is organized. We have a professional cleaning company and have created a check list which our clients can use to detail what they want the housekeepers to do. You might want to take a look. Post it if you wish.
